At Vita Pool Supply™, we want your pool to run smoothly. If you’re experiencing an issue with your equipment, rest assured—it’s covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Since manufacturers manage warranties directly, the fastest way to get help is by contacting the appropriate Warranty Team with complete documentation.

Have your serial number and invoice ready for the quickest service. If you’re referred back to us, please include your warranty case number so we can reference it quickly. Most manufacturer warranties cover parts; labor/diagnostics are typically not covered unless stated.

To file a claim, you’ll need:

  • Serial number (found on the unit’s data tag)
  • Installation invoice & date

Balboa / Gecko / Waterway / Hydroquip – How to File

To submit a spa component warranty request, we’ll need proper diagnostics completed by a trained service technician using the correct tools (including a voltmeter), along with:

  • Installation invoice by service technician
  • Troubleshooting notes
  • Any fault codes
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Installation photos (may be required)

Claims submitted without the required diagnosis and documentation can’t be processed. All warranty claims are reviewed and approved by the manufacturer. If you’d like, we can help you put together what to submit.
