Freight Delivery Instructions:
- Delivery is by 18-wheeler truck—someone must be present to sign
- Inspect on arrival:
- If damaged, refuse delivery or write "DAMAGED" on the receipt
- If items are missing, write "SHORTAGE" on the receipt
- Take photos of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL)
- Report issues within 1 business day with photos
Expedited Shipping (Paid):

- Orders ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS
- Orders placed by 12 PM ET ship same day; otherwise, next business day
- Weekday shipping only; non-refundable if returned
