ORDER COMMUNICATION
As an eCommerce company, we communicate primarily by email. All order updates will be sent to the email address provided at checkout, so please be sure to enter a valid one.
ORDER INFORMATION & TRACKING
Once you place your order, you’ll receive an email with a link to your order status page, which updates in real time as your shipment progresses. You’ll also have the option to receive SMS updates.
LOCATING YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER
You will receive an email confirmation with your order number.
CANCELING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER
Due to our electronic processing system, online orders can only be changed or canceled within 30 minutes of being placed. Please email us immediately if you need to make a change—we’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee it can be modified or canceled.
I NEED TO HAVE MY ORDER BY A CERTAIN DATE. HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT IT IS IN STOCK?
In-stock items typically ship within 1 business day. If you need delivery by a specific date, contact us and we’ll confirm options.
ITEMS NEVER ARRIVED (LOST IN TRANSIT)
If tracking shows no movement or a delivery exception, we’ll help you work with the carrier. In most cases, carriers require an investigation before a shipment can be replaced or refunded. Once the carrier confirms the package is lost (or the investigation period ends with no resolution), we will issue a replacement (if available) or a refund.

SALES TAX
Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address. If that location requires sales tax and no exemptions apply, it will be added at checkout.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
All orders should be placed through our online checkout or with a member of our sales team. We accept all major credit cards, including Discover, American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. We also accept PayPal, Amazon Pay, checks, and wire transfers.
Shop Pay Installments by Affirm
Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase into four equal payment installments or pay in full at checkout. You cannot adjust the price range available or the number of installment payments for Shop Pay Installments.
You can pay for orders between $50 and $1,000, including taxes, shipping, and discounts, in 4 installments. To use Shop Pay Installments, your shipping address must be in the United States. Learn more here.
Charges and Authorizations
Your card is charged in full when you place an order.
A pending authorization may appear on your bank statement until the charge is finalized, usually within 1–2 business days.
If your order has a long lead time, we may charge your card early to avoid losing the authorization. Please note: pending charges may temporarily hold funds and could lead to overdraft fees. Vita Pool Supply is not responsible for any such fees.
PROMOTIONAL CODES & COUPON INFORMATION
Promotional and coupon codes must be applied in the cart before checkout.
Enter your code in the "Discount Code" field on the right side of the cart, then click Apply to update your total. You’ll see the price change once the code is successfully applied.

CREDITS & REFUNDS
After you mail your package, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time to post to your account, depending on your bank or financial institution. All orders will be refunded to the original payment type.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We're open and shipping orders. Please note that USPS, FedEx, and UPS are experiencing delays while delivering some orders. If you haven't an order with free shipping within ten days of shipment, please get in touch with us so that we can help take care of it.

- Expedited orders ship within one business day.
Please understand that we are moving as quickly as possible, and since your order is already in the works, we may be unable to make any changes. You will receive a separate email after your order ships. You may receive multiple packages as we ship from several warehouses. You are not charged additional shipping.
